KALESHWARAM LIFT IRRIGATION SCHEME

Sundilla barrage – Bhoopalpally, Telangana

VSE, having given shape to many engineering marvels across the country and earned a unique place for itself by successfully accomplishing complex engineering tasks. We have taken up the execution of Sundilla barrage under the Kaleshwaram Lift Irrigation Scheme, daunting with many challenges and was executed with unimaginable speed. 

DEVELOPMENT OF TRUCK TERMINAL

Truck Terminal – Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

A dedicated truck terminal and logistics hub in Nellore district as part of the logistics requirement in the Bangalore-Chennai-Krishnapatnam port freight corridor has been constructed in the Krishnapatnam port limits. This corridor is experiencing increased movement of trucks and container vehicles flowing in and out of the Krishnapatnam and other non-major ports on the Andhra Pradesh coast.

CONSTRUCTION OF WEST BERTH

Krishnapatnam Port – Nellore, Andhra Pradesh

The construction works of berths along the Buckingham Canal at Krishnapatnam port were undertaken to allow medium-sized boats to operate in and out of the port. Concrete works were undertaken to make exports and imports with jet speed. The construction of the West Berth was completed in a record 3 months.

A Civil Engineer who later completed a Management Course at the University of Bath, UK, he is defined by a flair for creative excellence complemented by strong, result-oriented management skills. The dynamic driving force behind Vishwa Samudra’s ascending trajectory, his illustrious journey began with transforming an IT company into a highly successful venture, followed by entering the Seaports and Marine Infrastructure industry. A modern entrepreneur, he led the fastest execution of the greenfield Krishnapatnam Port project, completing it in a record 18 months. Today, as the second-largest private port in the country, Krishnapatnam Port has achieved a capacity of 55 million tons in just 12 years, with its Container Terminal reaching a milestone of 500,000 TEUs in under five years.

He is known for his innovative approach to adopting new technologies and methods in construction and management. As Chairman of the Vishwa Samudra Group, he oversees the planning and strategy of the group companies and remains deeply involved in the flagship entity, Vishwa Samudra Engineering (VSE). VSE is one of India’s few infrastructure companies with a broad and diverse spectrum of verticals—Roads, Ropeways, Ports, Fishing Harbours, Mining Structures, Irrigation, Tunnels, Metros, Airports, Buildings, Dredging, Railways, Electrical, Water Works, and more. This rapidly growing company, with its strong commitment to the environment, has delivered some of India’s finest infrastructure projects.

As of November 2025, VSE has a working order book of US$ 3.72 Bn / INR 32,000 Cr, and its revenue for FY 2024–25 stood at US$ 459 Mn / INR 3,950 Cr.

With excellent team credentials, world-class equipment, and advanced technology, VSE’s expertise remains unmatched. His strong technical knowledge, strategic planning, and distinctive leadership style have ensured that projects are completed well ahead of schedule.

In 2016, he introduced StabilRoad—a pioneering green technology in road construction that reduces large-scale carbon emissions and prevents mountain destruction—to India. This groundbreaking innovation revolutionized additive-based road construction across the country. The technology is now being implemented in Guyana in a US$ 400 Mn road project. Over the years, VSE has constructed 1,100 lane km of roads using this method, saving over 36,000 tons of carbon emissions.

His commitment to sustainability extends to Ecolastic, a company that manufactures 100% compostable packaging solutions and supplies to India, the USA, the UK, the Middle East, Europe, Australia–New Zealand, and more. Ecolastic was also the exclusive sustainability partner for the G20 Summit held in India.

A man known for his deep philanthropic vision, he founded the Chinta Sasidhar Foundation (CSF) and Nandha Gokulam—initiatives focused on creating an economic ecosystem for bulls through farmers and allied activities. As President of CSF, he has developed a 250-acre facility in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, housing over 600 cows and bulls, a holistic wellness centre, and the Nandha Gokulam Life School, where 500 underprivileged boys receive free education with world-class infrastructure comparable to leading international schools.

A passionate golf enthusiast and ardent promoter of the sport, he launched one of India’s most sought-after corporate golf tournaments—the Vishwa Samudra Golden Eagles Golf Championships, now synonymous with golf, glamour, and glory.

He envisions the Vishwa Samudra Group as a global enterprise built on innovation and sustainability, contributing meaningfully to the growth and success of emerging economies across international markets.

As of November 2025, he serves as the Honorary Consul for the Republic of Brazil for the States of Andhra Pradesh & Telangana in India.

Mrs. Lakshmi Priyadarshini

Vice Chairperson

Mrs. Priyadarshini plays a pivotal role in the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives of Vishwa Samudra Group, leading the development of the wellness center in Nellore. Her responsibilities include overseeing Administration at VS Group and spearheading the design and construction of our Group Office spaces. Mrs. Priyadarshini’s extensive experience of over 10 years in actively teaching senior grades mathematics illustrates her unwavering dedication to positively shaping young minds. Additionally, she has played a crucial role as a Director for three schools at Krishnapatnam Port, Nellore, since their establishment.

Known for her meticulous attention to detail, the CSF team values her honest feedback. Mrs. Priya’s strength lies in her patience and empathy, qualities she consistently demonstrates in every situation.

Dr. Anil Kumar Yendluri

Managing Director

An IPS officer for 20 years and a recipient of the coveted President’s Police Medal, he led the Krishnapatnam Port to spectacular heights, making it one of the world’s finest, in terms of infrastructure, operations, and customer service. A visionary leader who made significant contribution since the inception of the port, achieved a remarkable milestone of being inducted into the LIMCA Book of Records in 2013.

His extensive experience as Kerala’s Inspector General of Police, and strong academic qualifications marked his entry into the corporate world. A Master’s Degree in Science, followed by an MBA and a Law Degree, apart from his excellent knowledge in Management, Social Sciences, Behavioural Sciences, and Psychology, contribute to his aptitude in operating companies and managing organizations efficiently. His current academic focus is in pursuing a PhD.

In the next few years, he aims to make Vishwa Samudra Engineering one of the best infrastructure companies in the world.

Mr. Shivdutt Das

Managing Director

A management professional with over 23 years of global work experience in strategic finance, international business, manufacturing, risk, structured finance and projects. He has worked for some very reputed Multinational organizations like United Spirits, ICICI Prudential, Bharti Axa, Tata AIA, Reliance Nippon and Ajeenkya D Y Patil Healthcare with exposures to India and International markets. With academic qualifications in Economics from Utkal University, Odisha, Management in Financial Services from Harvard Business School, Boston, USA and Post-graduation Diploma in Human Resources from National Institute of Human Resources. As the Managing Director for Vishwa Samudra Holdings, Shivdutt at the group level is responsible for the functions of Treasury, Risk, Corporate Governance & Legal with International Business Subsidiaries being actively driven and managed by him. He also mentors the group level finance function with internal and external stakeholder management.
